Rolling through a SaSSy summer!
Book show reports, and new stories coming up
I have been a bad author!
The consistent advice I hear from publishing experts is that I MUST keep up with my newsletter.
This weekend, I attended SaSS 2026 in Richmond VA! It was a gathering of 100s of romance authors from all over the country, and I SHOULD have sent a newsletter about it before it happened!
I sat through a presentation by 1852 Media and felt called out when they talked about sending my newsletter and updating my backmatter!
Fact is, there are books where I don’t think I have updated my backmatter in ages!
So it’s time to turn over a new leaf!
More frequent newsletters, though I don’t think I am ready to commit to a schedule yet, and a revision of some of my back catalog. (more on that later)
New Release! : Summer Teases 3
Savor the summer heat no matter what the season, with 10 all-new stories from award-winning erotica authors and hot new talents, running the gamut from tender and romantic to wild and intense.
Alpha-holes have no idea what awaits them on Katie Oslow’s gender-bending “Pickme Island,” but it could just be everything they never wanted—and everything they ever needed.
This one digs into the man-o-sphere as a red-pill podcaster is transformed into his own ideal woman. The only way to be a man again is if she can defeat 12 other beautiful contestants in a series of humiliating challenges to crown the biggest “pick-me girl” on the island!
It was a ton of fun to write, but the research hurt my brain.
Also…
Flirtation at a party exposes a longtime crush—not to mention beautiful bodies—in JK Mill’s tender, funny, and hot “Combustion.”
Join Clinton Brooks for a sweet but spicy story of a young woman spending the summer under her grandmother’s less-than-rigid rules, learning about love and lust with the man she learns to call “My Cabana Boy.”
Olivia Lawless offers a scorching tale of two young women, an unorthodox Youth Pastor, and activities not officially endorsed by “Bible Camp.”
In Ian Smith’s “Summer Bedding,” a chance encounter at a garden show blossoms into a relationship and the accidental discovery of a crime.
Christian Pan´s sweaty tale chronicles a young woman’s sexual explorations with men and women over “Three Summers” in Vermont and New York.
A grieving widower finds unexpected solace with “The Girl in the Lake” in a gently melancholic, magic-infused story from Saddletramp1956.
Cryptids are spotted during a pair of friends’ vacation. Things are creepy but start looking up when they receive a special invitation from “The Underworld Tourism Bureau,” by Scarlet Lee Winters.
“Atomic Summer” by Polly Liticat pays homage to classic and campy B-movies. When Brad and Janet’s car breaks down, they may need special help from a strange gas-station hottie.
When a woman “Once Burned” gets dragged into the escort scheme of a magic fireman burning secrets, she finds a hotter use for stardust in this tale by Seriah Black.
Revisions
Sentenced to be his SexPet: The Nexum Saga
Somehow, the original printing was missing my usual ‘reality check” statement or a trigger warning. This has been corrected, and a full list of triggers is now in the front matter.
Lessons in Lace
The back cover and Amazon page now include one-line summaries of each story in the collection rather than the original vague blurb. I noticed that readers preferred “Unexpected Girl” because they could tell what stories to expect.
Upcoming Public Events
Margins in Moonlight
I will be an attending author at “Margins and Moonlight”
Dates: September 18–19, 2026
Venue: ACCA Shriners’ Center (1712 Bellevue Ave, Richmond, VA 23227)
What is next?
I have no dates or specifics yet, these projects are in the early draft stages, however…
One Gallon Challenge 4: Taking it on the road
This will be the conclusion of Dean/Deanna’s story. I promise that it will be a story full of twist and turns as She, Tammy and Stephany, all girls cursed by the same witch, go on a road trip looking for answers.
Rebalance: Rebellion (working title)
Many may have fallen in the resistance but the fight over Rebalance carries on. Years have past and the NeoFederation has expanded it’s borders, spreading Rebalance to almost every corner of the world even after the population crisis has ended. Sex is becoming a class identifier where demotion means feminization and enslavement.
But pressure builds in the NeoFed brothels and harems. Something is about to burst!
Unnamed WWII Project
In the universe of “Prince Yorick the Bride” it is the Summer of 1945 in Berlin. OSS, and KGB spar with each other and remnants of the Wehrmacht over the secrets of a defeated Germany. One of those secrets is the “Jewl of Erinth” a powerful ancient artifact capable of reversing someone’s sex and the reality around them.
